Regulators of plant growth and development increase the resistance of plants to adverse weather factors and lodging, control fruit ripening and abscission, increase productivity, extend the shelf life of the crop and perform many other functions. In horticulture and forestry regulatory agents are used for decorative imparting, flowering acceleration and the necessary growth providing.         However, the range of commercially available regulatory agents is insufficient. Some of the newly received regulators are expensive and some are not widely used due to lack of stability, insolubility in water or a relatively high toxicity. Therefore, the task of creating and using new non-toxic, highly effective regulators that act at very small concentrations is currently very topical.

We have patented a new highly efficient plant growth regulator and developed a convenient method of its production on the basis of available raw materials. It is established that the new controller use increases the yield of spring wheat by 22,5 %. Under the same conditions, known regulator appin increases the yield by only 12,6 %.

The new stimulator improves remontant strawberry seeds germination. Strawberry plant height increases by 28 % and the root system volume - up to 50 %. The new regulator has also a positive effect on the conservation of strawberry seedlings in the winter by protecting them from different diseases. The special examinations of new regulator in the accredited laboratory of industrial toxicology showed its low toxicity.

The winner of the competition for the scholarship of the Yaroslavl pharmaceutical cluster of JSC "R-Pharm" (2012).

Nowadays the new regulator is successfully tested for other cultures. Its growth-promoting activity was revealed for cucumbers, zucchini, tomatoes, some flowers. To continue the work it is necessary to carry out tests of the new regulator in specialized organizations, to determine its consumption norms for each crop, to study its toxicology in more detail. This will make possible to put it to the directory of pesticides and agrochemicals permitted for use in the Russian Federation. The examinations of new regulator in specialized organizations demand investment.
