Welcome to UL Lafayette TM ! Your successful transition to University life begins with Adult Orientation. All new students are required to attend the one-day program, where they meet with advisors, register for classes, learn about campus programs and resources, and connect with fellow Ragin’ Cajuns®. Orientation Fee Adult Orientation is $ 60, and includes all program materials, lunch, a Ragin’ Cajuns ® spirit shirt and bag. *Students attending late summer Orientation on May 31 or the late fall orientation on August 14 will incur a $50 late course registration fee that will be applied to their tuition and fees. Students are encouraged to attend the May 24, June 21, or July 26 orientations to avoid this late fee. Music Major Audition RequirementsAll students planning on majoring in music or music education are required to audition for admittance into the music program prior to attending Orientation. Call the School of Music at 337-482-6016, or email [email protected].

Financial AidIf you are requesting financial aid, you must complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FASFA) online at fafsa.ed.gov and submit your information to UL LafayetteTM. The UL Lafayette School Code is 002031.
