The Society of Saint Andrew
Here is an easy way to do your Christmas shopping in a
hurry and do a good deed at the same time. The
Society of Saint Andrew is an organization that works to
end hunger. Every dollar we give to them buys FIVE meals
for someone in need.
Please go to http://www.endhunger.org/card/index.htm
to see the beautiful Christmas card they will send to those
you designate. (Or you can have the cards sent to you
and write your own greetings on them.) Please consider
adding this to your holiday traditions.
Christmas is about the mission.
UMCmarket wants to help our church. Over 4 million United Methodists will be
shopping online this holiday season with the potential to bring in millions to fulfill
the mission.
It's not too late to be a part of something wonderful this Christmas. By shopping
through UMCmarket, you can get incredible deals and make a difference at
the same time.
Make your next online purchase mean more this holiday season.

Year Now!
$4838.42 has
been collected so
far of our $7000
commitment.
We invite you and your family & friends to
Celebrate Christmas with Crossroads this year.
Our Christmas Eve service is at 7:00 pm on Wednesday,
December 24th. In addition to our traditional candle
light service, Randy Kelly will perform a short drama portraying Joseph.
We also invite you to attend our
10:10 am Sunday service on
December 21. We’ll have a magical birthday
party for Jesus, with hot chocolate & hot
cider, cupcakes & the Christmas story.
As we celebrate the birth of the baby Jesus, may the Joy and
Peace of Christmas be with you now and throughout the new year!
Origami Christmas Poinsettias
Continuing what is becoming a CrossRoads' tradition,
we will again have origami poinsettias to decorate
our altar this season. Please take this chance to
purchase the pots at $12 each in honor or in memory
of someone you love. Then after Christmas Eve
worship, the flowers are yours to take home to add to your holiday
decor or to share with homebound friends. Please order on the
forms in your bulletin or turn your order in at the office. Proceeds
from this will again help fund the thirty five children we provide
BackSnacks for at Gladden Elementary. Thanks for your support!
Kids First Christmas Program
Our Kids First Preschool & Daycare celebrated Christmas with a musical
program this week for family and friends. Our CrossRoads Bell Choir and
Chancel Choir also performed and afterward, the children lined up to chat
with a very special visitor!
You are invited to an Open House to celebrate Gib’s 80th birthday! Sunday, December 21 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm
at the home of Gib and Dana Pearis
at 315 Berry Avenue
