All products are cleaned in a sterilized Class 10000 clean room of 120m2 in our own plant and transferred to Sterilization Authority.
The products are sterilized by ETHYLEN OXIDE or GAMA rays depending on customer requirements. The validation test are made by an authorized body regularly every 3 months. All staff working in clean room are specially trained and certified by the authorized body.
All equipment used in the clean room are calibrated regularly an certified.

Cervical Plate Systems are used for the treatments of cervical fracture and dislocations to protect spinal cord to prevent possible damages. The purpose of this operation is to return the backbone sequence to the normal state and ensuring stabiliziation of the fracture or dislocation.In our cervical plate systems. the highest level of anatomical form, structure and stability is considered.
