Oshkosh Reliance Section JOshkosh Reliance Dashboard will show Section J Compliance Module

Select the Section J tile to open the module

If greyed out, supplier will need to request access to the module

Oshkosh Reliance Section J• Module will open to the main page of Section J for your company

• Issues assigned to your supplier name will show in the “Open” view or “My Assignments”

• You will also see options:• Closed

• Voided

• All

• Ability to Export Issues

• Able to sort by any column

Oshkosh Reliance Section J• All suppliers with SCAR module access will be assigned the Packaging

corrective action – only 1 person needs to complete• NOTE: we can adjust module access to Section J or SCAR• If new accounts are needed for Section J contact us via email

• When a Section J non-compliance is issued it will show up under the “My Assignments” option or “All”

• Suppliers will also receive an automated email notification

• Supplier Information section displays various information including• Name• Contact• PO• Issues Details• Status Comments• Attachments o If Applicable

Oshkosh Reliance Section J• Enter Correction; navigate to

Supplier Response

• Complete Root Cause

• Complete Corrective Action Taken

• Enter Implementation date for revised packaging

• Enter Supplier Contact and Email

• Hyperlink is option to include a test pack notification sheet to attached to the first trial shipment for the corrected shipment if applicable

Routing Dialog Box• Select “OK” only • Suppliers do not have

access to anything else



Oshkosh Reliance Section JOshkosh Packaging Team will evaluate supplier response and

either accept or reject the Packaging corrective action

If Rejected• No is marked• Reason will be provided• Sent back to supplier

If Accepted • Yes is marked• Comments entered if

applicable• Notice sent to supplier

of acceptance

Depending on Issue Oshkosh will perform a Final Review



Oshkosh Reliance Section J• Emails will be provided for all notifications for Supplier and Oshkosh teams
