OBJECTTo survey the status o three areas: 1) Management levers (leadership, people management systems, the team and the sense oa joint project). 2) The culture (constructive, passive, aggressive) and 3) People impact (satisaction, commitment, proactivity,emotional balance and extra-role perormance), measuring it in order to identiy which areas need working on to achieve a moreconstructive culture and better socio-corporate results.
COURSE DURATIONThe standard process has a duration o a month and a hal, with the ollowing stages: 1) Presentation o the areas to be measuredin the survey and the results expected. 2) Preparation o the survey. 3) Data gathering and processing. 4) First presentation othe results and suggestion gathering. 5) Second presentation o the results with recommendations or a plan o action.
METHODOLOGY
The survey uses a model based on the study o over 50 companies. This model establishes a correlation between the people im-pact (satisaction, commitment, proactivity, etc.) and the type o culture existing. The existing culture is also correlated with theleadership style, people management systems and whether a sense o a joint project exists or not among the workers. The surveyhas been simplified and made more operational, with all these areas being measured by means o 65 easy-to-answer questions.

OBJECTThe strategic objective o this course is to train reerential persons who will strengthen cooperative revitalisation strategies.The challenge consists firstly o training a large number o people on the management staf o our cooperatives with an up-dated, rigorous base o knowledge, and secondly o providing them with a series o resources so that they can carry out their
work more consistently (coherent decision-making, analysing the diferent socio-business aspects o the cooperative, ostering,promoting, proposing, motivating, etc.) within the institution itsel and also in its environment.
TAUGHT BYOtalora, Huhezi-Lanki, proessionals specialising in cooperative areas and participation, and persons with wide experience inposts o responsibility in the corporate and management bodies.
COURSE DURATION 110 teaching hours.

WHAT IS OFFERED?We ofer an extensive set menu, or special menus (prior booking required).The set menu costs 15 + VAT.The special menus each have a separate price and must be booked in advance.
