World Mission Sunday Every year during the month of October we celebrate World Mission Sunday. This year our celebraon occurs the weekend of October 17-18. We celebrate the Eucharist in union with Catholics throughout the world for the missionary acvity of the Church. Pope Francis reminds us, especially in this year of crisis, that we are personally called to mission to bring Christs love to those most forgoen. This is a responsibility of all the bapzed. The Pope asks us to respond through prayer and generous sacrifice to the Society for the Propagaon of the Faith. The theme of this years celebraon can be each individuals answer: Here Am I, Send Me.Let us pray in a special way for all who minister around the world to spread the Gospel message and help to grow the Kingdom of God! Congratulaons! Our best wishes and prayers go out to our parishioners Michael and Laura Dziagwa on the recent bapsm of their daughter Madison Jane! May God bless Madison during her lifelong journey of faith. May all in our parish strive to serve as examples for those who follow in our footsteps. Update: 2020 CoatlessCoats for Kids Drive Our Knights of Columbus Coats for Kids Drive will be drawing to a close on Sunday, October 11, 2020. It is sll not too late to make your monetary donaon that funds the purchase of new coats for young folks from our parish and surrounding communies who are in need of winter apparel to soſten the harsh impact of winter weather. Childrens Faith Formaon Update Aenon FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN, ages 3-18: Please keep watch in your US Mail for details concerning the scheduling of Faith Formaon and Sacramental Preparaon for our youth at Holy Family Parish. Due to COVID-19, modificaons to the normalFaith Formaon calendar is (and most likely will connue to be) modified for 2020-2021.
