On Sunday May 9th, St. Leo Church had a fire. It was destroyed and burnt to the ground. This was very sad to watch. We are planning to have a Mass in the park very soon; more information to follow.
Also, the family that owned the Rectory were displaced because of this massive fire. The Mota family are not able to return to their home because of major damage done by the church fire. If you wish to help the family please call the Rectory.

We are holding a raffle for a leather bound, large Holy Bible and a large wooden Rosary. Tickets are $5 each. Tickets will be sold after every mass or you buy them at the Rectory. The drawing will be held on Pentecost Sunday, May 23, 2021 in the Church Hall.

We would like to thank DeFinis and Son’s, 8312 State Rd., for donating & installing all new win-dows and doors for our Convent renovation project. Because of all you have done, we are one step closer to make it habitable.
A big thank you goes out to Scott Brothers Roofing, 4519 Cottman Ave., the Convent roof has been replaced and has new rain spouts.

IGLESIA SAN LEO
El domingo 9 de mayo, la iglesia de San Leó tuvo un incendio, fue destruida y quemada hasta los cimientos, esto fue muy triste de ver. Estamos planeando tener una misa en el parque muy pronto, más información a continuación.
Además, la familia propietaria de la Rectoría fue desplazada debido a este incendio masivo, la familia Mota no puede regresar a su hogar debido a los daños causados por el incendio de la iglesia.
