THE GREATEST AMONG US Whom do you admire? Is it the President of the Unit-ed States or a movie star or a billionaire? These are peo-ple whom the world exalts as great. Like the Pharisees in today’s Gospel, they have places of honor wherever they go. Would you like to follow in their footsteps? The scriptures for today offer different examples for us to follow. Jesus tells us that the greatest among us are the servants. These are the people we are to honor and imitate. EL MÁS GRANDE ENTRE NOSOTROS ¿A quién admiras? ¿Al presidente de Estados Unidos, a una celebridad del cine o a un excéntrico millonario? Estas son las personas que el mundo presenta como famo-sas. Como los fariseos del Evangelio de hoy, ellos tienen lugares de honor a donde quiera que van. ¿Te gustaría seguir su ejemplo? Las Escrituras de hoy nos ofrecen diferentes ejemplos de a quien seguir. Jesús nos dice que el más grande en medio de nosotros son las personas que sirven. Ellas son las personas que debemos honrar e imitar su ejemplo.
