• Incubation- minimum 44 wet/dry laboratory incubator spaces (($4.3 million US Dept. of Commerce (EDA Grant)) ($6.0 million tax increment finance accrued by Scottsburg)
• Presentation Hall- 120 seat, cutting edge virtual communication system
• Classified Secure Rooms- 2 military approved workspaces
• Supercomputer• Energy Training & Teaching Center (ETTC) (Ogle
Foundation) (USDA Community Facilities Grant)
