M/Y CELCASCOR Overhaul Type QL3/ 9 Years 16V4000 M90

Works carried out:

• Oil analysis of both engines and gearboxes.

• Oil and coolant draining.

• Heat exchangers removal, inspection and cleaning at the workshop. Inspect all plates and change all gaskets.

• Oil coolers removal and cleaning at the workshop. All plates and all gaskets inspection and change.

• All injectors removal.

• Starters and alternators removal and overhaul.

• Intercoolers removal, cleaning and pressure test.

• Cylinder heads removal on both engines.

• Disassembly cylinder heads and cleaning of all parts. Inspect all parts.

• Injector’s sleeve scope cleaning. Control dimensional of the guides.

• Pressure tests.

• Fresh water pumps from both engines’ removal and overhaul. All parts check and cleaning, all seals and

bearings changed.

• Sea water pump removal and overhaul. All parts check and cleaning, all seals and bearings changed.

• Both starboard’s turbochargers removal and overhaul.

• Oil centrifuges and breather filters removal.
