Presented on the 4nd meeting of the multilateral school partnership Our TRESAURES in Wales (Oct, 2011) OUR TALENTS' DAYS – Our school, Private Economics High School INOVA, is a vocational school that provides secondary level education in the area of economics, business and trade. The school’s mission is to educate independent, creative and self-confident youth with a focus on knowledge of economics, hands-on skills for practical work and/or further education. To achieve the goal, our talents and abilities are developed and encouraged through “Entrepreneurship in Practice” and the Project Citizen Showcase. Both projects provide us with opportunities to practice solving situational work problems through practical use of knowledge by applying our critical thinking. What is more, these activities discover and strongly support our intercultural abilities, specific academic talents, creative and productive thinking and leadership abilities preparing us for our future in the world of banking, insurance, consulting, marketing management. Moreover, we learn to be team players in a dynamic and ever-changing professional environment, and further developing our written and verbal communication skills.TRANSCRIPT
