In every step of the production process, from breeding stock to the final consumer product, there is a series of quality control checks, ensuring total product safety and quality.

Control implementation is accomplished by our snail breeders, selected accredited analytic labs as well as agricultural scientists and food technologists collaborating with us.

We continually invest into staff training on Food Quality and Safety as well as in Automated Technology Systems. This investment ensures provision of high quality of products and services and reduces the possibility of human error in food safety.

Snails were commonly farmed since ancient times in Greece, considered as a delicacy in Mediterranean

diet.

They contain a large amount of protein, they are rich in vitamins B1, E and

calcium and they are blessed with a low calorie

count.

Snails are integrated in modern culinary art either as a main or a side-dish.

Snail recipes are restricted only by imagination.

We introduce our ready made snail recipes with extra virgin olive oil and Greek herbs .

These recipes are prepared with extra care at our allied facilities in Rethymno CRETE, a family run traditional kitchen.
