PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Who I Am: Todd King What I Do: Property Manager. As Property Manager, I am responsible for the

operation and performance of the Woodland Corporate Center. I have over 20 years of

property management experience, including 6 years of commercial property

management. I also current hold a LCAM license in the State of Florida, for community

association management and a Real Estate Sale Persons license in the State of Florida.

Where I'm From: Durham, NC

When I'm not here: I enjoy spending time with my family, working out, listening to music

and watching movies.

Who I Am: L.A. Shelquist-Hardin What I Do: Property Manager. As Property Manager, I am responsible for the

performance and operation of Woodland Corporate Center. I have over 20 years of

experience in commercial property management.

Where I'm From: Tequesta, FL

When I'm not here: Spending time with my family, throwing the ball for my dog,

Odin, or hiking/biking in a park.

Who I Am: Sharon Bonner What I Do: Associate Property Manager. I support the Tampa Property

Management team in addition to overseeing the management of the buildings at

Northport and Crosspointe. I've been with this portfolio for 7 years.

Where I'm From: Oakdale, LA

When I'm not here: I'm at home watching movies with my family.

Who I Am: John Chaney

What I Do: Building Engineer. While I'm responsible for the operation and

maintenance of Woodland Corporate Center and Northport, I have full knowledge of

the entire portfolio. I have over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate and 10

years of experience with the Workspace Tampa portfolio.

Where I'm From: Tampa, FL

When I'm not here: I'm riding my motorcycle, working on house projects and gardening.

Who I Am: GIiberto Garcia

What I Do: Senior Maintenance Technician. I am responsible for the operation

and maintenance of Silo Bend, Legacy Park, and Crosspointe. I am new to the

Tampa team but come in with 20 years of experience in the commercial real

estate. Where I'm From: Guayama, PR but raise in Chicago, IL

When I'm not here: I'm riding my motorcycle, playing music or hanging out with

my grandson.

Who I Am: Alberto Corujo Rodriguez

What I Do: Tenant Services Technician. I am responsible for the maintenance of

the Woodland Corporate Center and Northport portions of our portfolio. I have

over 14 years of experience with facility and building operations.

Where I'm From: Tampa, FL

When I'm not here: I'm hanging with my family.

Who I Am: Viviana Quijano What I Do: CSC/Property Management Admin. My responsibilities include

Accounts Payable, coordination of work orders and assisting the property management

team. I have a BS in Industrial Engineering from Universidad del Norte.

Where I'm From: Barranquilla, Colombia

When I'm not here: I am spending time with my family.
