Shoebox, foil, plastic wrap, thermometer, tool to poke small hole in shoebox, tape, sunny

window, time measuring device.

Make a pinhole projector by following instructions on page 58, text. Record measurements per instruction #7 on the "Sun Measurement" worksheet and follow instructions on the worksheet to determine the

diameter of the sun. Do NOT look directly at the sun.
