1. Community groups, orgs & residents are working together in a cohesive way & using sport/physicalactivity for better outcomes.
2. Everyone is creating &/or using spaces & facilities effectively.
3. Sport & physical activity create more opportunities for people to achieve in education & employment.
4. Children & young people are more socially connected through sport.
5. Families & neighbours are more involved in their communities.
