Outsourcing undermines Labors

The most sensitive issue which is related to labor in Indonesia concerns on wages and systems of outsourcing. So far the theme of workers' demonstration are always associated with both of them, including the chaotic demonstrations that occurred recently in several cities in Indonesia. At least there are four issues related to labor that can be criticized from the application of Labor Law No. 13 of 2003.
