Consolidated, Normalized DataHaving inaccurate data can be worse than having no data at all. Fortunately, ACA automatically cleans vendor data,making the action data you receive remarkably error free. Different field names, lengths, definitions, and formats are electronically scrubbed and mapped into an intuitive, easy-to-understand database. In addition, ACA Specialistsanalyze and confirm details such as cost basis, taxability, and specific data elements required by Axys. The result isaccurate data on which to base well-informed investment decisions for your clients.

Seamless Integration with AxysThe seamless integration between Axys and ACA greatly streamlines your corporation actions processing. ACA automatically receives your list of active holdings via a script each day. How It WorksUsing Axys together with ACA simplifies the process of gatheringaction data through the following specific steps:

� From within Axys, or via a script, you automatically send yourupdated security holdings’ information to the ACA Server.

� ACA cross-references your securities to an action database, creating current and accurate action records.

� If using a script, an “ACA Automation Results” email summarizingtransaction activity is sent to you once the script has processed.

� Action information is presented to you for review and processing.

� Review all transactions or choose to review only those that are complex. (You can opt to have non-complex transactions automatically downloaded to Axys and posted to the Trade Blotter.)

� Download reviewed actions to Axys with a click of your mouse.

� The Reorg Utility in Axys will run and transactions will be automatically posted to the Trade Blotter.
