From the music’s delivery, right through to the final coverage report, CMPR keep you continually involved. Guaranteeing that every avenue of a release's promotion is covered, we ensure the label is aware of what leads to a successful campaign, whether that’s coordinating a release announcement, scheduling a DJ mailer or scheduling the first streaming premiere. CMPR will be there to advise you every step of the way.

The above process map gives a brief overview as to the structure and activities of a Platinum campaign. Both the Gold and Silver campaigns will have similar process however a reduced timeline and number of activities. This map is customisable in line with the client’s requirements and should be considered as a guide.

By using our service, you agree that

✓ You will provide an agreed release date/schedule prior to campaign commencement.

✓ You are aware of the recommended ‘lead in’ time to enable us to carry out an effective campaign.

✓ You will inform us of any other PR involvement to ensure activities are co-ordinated.

✓ All assets will be delivered prior to campaign commencement and you will appoint a first point of contact.

✓ Your artists will accommodate and be available for involvement in the campaign.

✓ You agree on the proposed impact date (some PR milestones may not go live immediately on discussion).

✓ Artists will turn around interviews and mixes within a reasonable timeframe (3-7 days).

✓ You will approve our campaign calendar prior to work starting and make full payment.

✓ The label and artist/s will inform us of any potentially conflicting releases.

✓ If the above mentioned isn’t adhered to it can have a significant impact on the success of our work and the

label manager accepts responsibility for any shortfalls.
