2000: The Tata Cydro@;lectric Fo. %td., The =ndhra 'alley

+ower :upply Fo. %td., and the Tata +ower Fo. %td., are

amalgamated to "ecome one entity @ The Tata +ower Fompany %imited. 1B2 E0 5o4o"era GnitJB is commissioned.

2001: 81. E0 !iesel 7enerator "ased plant set up at

elgaum, Darnataa.

2003: Tata +ower enters into a 4oint venture with +ower

7rid Forporation of India %td., to develop a 1B22 Dm long

transmission line to "ring electricity from hutan to !elhi.

2004: Tata +ower floats a wholly owned su"sidiary

for the power trading "usiness, nown as Tata +ower

Trading Fo. %td.

2005: Gnit J of 1B2 E0 capacity at 5o4o"era is

commissioned.

2006 & 2007: Tata +ower completes the acuisition of 2euity in Indonesian Foal Eines, +T Daltim +rima Foal

(D+F, and +T =rutmin Indonesia, as well as trading

companies from +T umi and Tu"ed Foal

loc in 5harhand with Cindalco. The 32. E0 Dhande0ind arm +ro4ect is completed in rd uarter of K 28.

2008: Gnit 1 of B ? 3 E0 +hase of Caldia +ro4ect is

synchronised with the grid. The B32 E0 (Gnit J 8

2009: The 1B2 E0 +ower Couse J 6 at Tata :teel 0ors,

5amshedpur is commissioned on BAth =ugust B229.

2010: The 1B2 E0 Gnit J 3 at 5o4o"era is commissioned.

2011: E0 Eulshi :olar +lant is commissioned in

Eaharashtra.

2011: Gnit 1 of the 1232 E0 Eaithon 5oint 'enture

+ro4ect with !amodar 'alley Forporation commissioned

and sta"ilized.
