The 65,000 square foot Market Street store, which opened in 1984 as Skaggs Alpha Beta, is one of the highest volume grocery stores in town and is newly remodeled. Rebecca Lane, which fronts the center on the south, is an exterior loop to State Highway 277 and the entrance to Dyess Air Force Base. It has become a major arterial street since it was widened and extended to Dyess. Ridgemont Drive, which fronts the center on the west, is a major street used for access to the Mall of Abilene, Target, Lowe’s and several hotel/motels.
