TRIPLE FOAMSYSTEM Installation
Step 1Install/mount triple foam system on wall in close proximity to high pressure/low pressure control panel
Step 2Connect ½” water supply line to water manifold on the back of triple foam system
Step 3Connect your air to the master pressure regulator, this will need to be adjusted to 85 PSI
Step 4Run 2, 3/8” tubes to each bay, 1 tube for liquid delivery and 1 tube for air delivery Each will connect to the foam generator and to the respective bay solenoid (see page 5)
Step 5 (optional)Install your weep system, run a weep feed from the existing weep on the high pressure/low pressure stand to the weep manifold inlet on the Triple Foam system
Step 6Connect the function control wire and 24V common from each bay to the GS-46 When you are facing the GS-46, the function wire connects to the left side and the common connects to the right side (see page 6)
Step 7Plug in power cord into a 120VAC wall receptacle
Step 8Place Hydrominder pick up tubes in your chosen chemicals
NOTE: Hydrominder tips should be chosen according to the chemical manufacturers dilution ratio and the tip chart included with the Hydrominder

TRIPLE FOAMSYSTEM Start-Up
Step 1Open all valves1 Incoming water supply2 Underside for chemical feed3 Open ball valve to hydrominder, watch as tanks fill to see that chemical draws and begins mixing in holding tanks
Step 2Start up a bay and select Triple Foam function in the wash bay
Step 3Adjust air and liquid regulators starting at 10 psi for Air and 15 to 20 psi for liquid Each chemical is different and adjustments will be neccessary 10 psi and 15 psi are starting points Continue to adjust until you achieve the desired foam presentation
Step 4Refer to page 6 for GS-30 settings

TRIPLE FOAMSYSTEM Troubleshooting
SYMPTOM SOLUTION
No delivery to the bays - Check power supply to the unit - 120 VAC - Check transformer output - 24 VAC - Check fuse on the transformer primary side - Check for 24VAC signal voltage from each bay on the GS-46 - No air pressure
Foam has muddy appearance - Increase time per color on the GS-30 timer to 12 seconds, and does not change colors or longer to desired appearance
- The dilution on the blue & red are too high Install a smaller tip in the hydrominders Follow the manufacturer’s recommendations for tip size for the blue and red solutions
Only one color of solution is being - Check for loose connection on the solenoids and the distributed to the bays GS-30 timer
System is not delivering a shaving - Air pressure is set too lowcream foam appearance - Liquid pressure is too high - Make sure a foam generator is installed on the supply line - Check for proper dilution on all three of the solutions - If dispensing from the high pressure wand, you will not obtain the high foam appearance - Contact the soap manufacturer
Foam sputters when dispensing - Air pressure is set too high - Liquid pressure is too low
