This is in compliance with AD 2000-25-02R1. Wings reassembled lAW Aeronca drawing #7-774 UR Inspected leading edge and reinstalled with #4 PK screws.Repaired all wing ribs lAW Aeronca Service Helps and Hints #17. Replaced aileron cables Pn 1-2339 UR wing.Replaced 4 drag wires Pn 1-2527. Attached wings, ailerons, elevators, rudder, horizontal and vertical stabilizer fabric toribs with #4 PK screws and aluminium washers lAW AC43.13-1B, Chapter 2, fabric covering Par 2-10 lacing (a) andprevious approved data. Installed new Maule SFSA 1-2 tail wheel assembly. Installed Fabreel<a tail spring pads lAWAeronca drawing 1-557. Installed new left oleo shock strut Pn 3-433-1. Repaired right oleo shock strut with Pn 1-319packing gland and Pn 1-2256 Oleo spring. Replaced lower LJR longeron sections 15,16,17 from approximately 2" aftof the intersection of tubes 30, 31, and 56 to tail post using inner sleeve splicing method lAW AC43.13-1 B 4-95.Replaced tube 39 using inner sleeve spliCing as previously referenced. Replaced all fuselage wood stringers andformers, rear window frames lAW Aeronca drawing #7-449. Replaced UR rudder cables Pn 1-2364, elevator cables Pn2-686, Pn 3-471, trim cables Pn 2-698, brake cables Ur Pn 1-2358. Replaced headliner with Airtex Pn 1680 andbaggage compartment Pn 4-583. Replaced all inside side panels and finished with epoxy primer and Ranthane#K-7641 Vestal White paint. Replaced firewall Pn 4-578. Replaced rear side windows Pn 7-463 LJR, left slidingwindows Pn 3-469, 3-470, and new windshield Pn 7-468 (202 LP. Aero). Replaced door latch assembly Pn M242000.Made new instrument panel, and all wing gap covers: Pn3-451 UR, 3-452 LJR, 3-453 LJR, 3-454 LJR, and 3-455 Ur.New top cowl, bottom cowl, rear cowl. New Wag Aero wing struts Pn 5-392 UR front, Pn 5-268 LJR rear. Inside ofstruts treated with Corrosion X and sealed. Removed front fuel tank Pn 7-460 and installed Champion fuel system Kit192, 26 gallon fuel system. Installed new tail wires 4 each Pn 1-2340. Installed Cessna 150 exhaust system inaccordance with previous 337 field approval. Entire aircraft was recovered with Poly-fiber covering material inaccordance with Procedure Manual No.1, How to Cover An Aircraft Using the Poly-Fiber System, dated Sept 2006 inaccordance with Poly-Fiber STC SA 1008WE Aircraft covered with medium weight Poly-Fiber polyester fabric factorysewn envelopes. Steel and aluminium airframe components covered with two coats EP-420 White Epoxy primer. Woodcomponents covered with two or more coats EV-400 clear Epoxy Varnish. Fabric attached to airframe with Poly-Takfabric cement One brush coat of Poly-Brush adhesive coat Installed all tapes, patches, and inspection rings. Twospray coats of Poly-Brush. Three cross coats Poly-Spray aluminium pigmented UV coating, sprayed and sanded. Twoor more coats Ranthane polyurethane color coat, base coat K-7641 Vestal White. Two or more coats Ranthanepolyurethane trim color coat, #177 Christen Eagle Blue. This aircraft was previously converted from 7AC to 7AC/Conv(somewhat similar to 7DC) with 85-12-F engine and with a logbook entry gross weight of 1300 lbs, in accordance withCharles lasher STC STC SA232S0. This aircraft N number was changed from N103RJ to N3129E. Aircraftreassembled using all new aircraft hardware and rigged in accordance with Aeronca Service Manual and AircraftSpecification No. A-759, for model7DC. All work done in accordance with AC43.13-1B and 26. Aircraft weighed onEvergreen Electronic Scales. New weight and balance entered in aircraft logs. Aircraft flight performance found to besatisfactory.In accordance with PolyFiber Procedure Manual No.1, Revision 21, dated September 2006 continued airworthiness

inspection and limitations shall comply with the requirements of Appendix E titled ~Airworthiness limitations" andAppendix F: titled "Inspecting Fabric and Coatings". As a minimum, fabric and coatings must be inspected once a yearas part of the aircraft's annual inspection. .
