The P-450 external welding machine is a singletorch modified GMAW welding system. This singletorch external welding system offers consistentwelding parameter and quality control, and providesthe user 32 programmable weld schedules. Inaddition, this welding machine offers Thru the ArcSeam Tracking to maintain centreline of the seamaround the circumference of a weld while welding.
The P-450 is a self-contained platform incorporating atravel carriage, wire feed motor, pendant, wire buffer,power supply, computer control box, and adjustablewelding head. Suitable for solid wire GMAW applications.
This system is optimized for interface to digital powersources to maintain a digital to digital connectivity.
The onboard computer ensures precise control ofwelding parameters: volts, amps, travel speed,oscillation, dwell times, etc. This system allows theuser to store a real-time log of all essential weld datafor further processing in a user-friendly Excelspreadsheet format. This data can be uploaded to acomputer via a Bluetooth connection. The weldingparameters can be downloaded to the system usingthe Bluetooth connection as well.
