They truly helped us create a gorgeous and very personal wedding day.’ Bride’s dress Elizabeth’s dress was from Caroline Castigliano – a style called Beautiful. She wore an ivory sash, keeping the whole look simple, accessorised with an alice band and a brooch. She also wore some beautiful Castigliano earrings which Ben had bought her for Christmas six months before the wedding. ‘I had tried them on during an accessory appointment in the store and mentioned them to Ben. He rang up the store and bought them over the phone, getting my Mum to collect them and wrapping them “blind” so he’d still never seen them before the Big Day!’ Bridesmaids The four bridesmaids were Elizabeth’s two best friends from university and two eldest nieces. The older pair wore cherry- coloured evening dresses, while the nieces wore ivory dresses with an organza overlay to complement the style of the bride’s dress. Elizabeth’s two baby nieces (16 months and six months) were flower girls, dressed in cute little white dresses from Monsoon. Entertainment During the drinks reception Hugh, a school-friend of Ben’s, provided some jazz music as part of a trio.
