the houses, Amman is among the oldest

tour will take you to the Archaeological Museums, the Citadel, the Roman Amphitheater and walk along the Rainbow street. Explore the Souks in downtown

before returning back to the hotel for

the night.

In the morning, drive to Jerash, the best

Middle East. Visit the spectacular Forum,

Start the journey to the south, beginning

with Mount Nebo and see the view where

Moses looked across to the Promised Land

and later died and was buried. Then travel

to the town of Madaba where you will

discover the amazing Byzantine mosaics

excavated from the town. Continue south

to visit the 12th century Crusader Castle in

Karak, which was used as a base to control

Bedouin herders and trade routes. Finally,

drive to the Petra for an overnight stay.

This morning, you may get into a hot air balloon or take a camel ride at your own expense before leaving Wadi Rum. Travel down to the lowest point of the Earth to float and relax at the Dead Sea. Enjoy the sunshine and view whilst trying out the invigorating mud bath to cleanse the skin. Before concluding your day, watch the sunset over the hills of the West Bank with Jerusalem in the distance.

activity through the narrow canyon that forms

the dramatic entrance to the Siq. Be

Royal Tombs and Petra Church. Afterwards,

head back to the hotel and rest for the day. In

the evening you may join the Petra by Night

Tour and experience your first sighting of the

Siq and the Treasury by candlelight at your

own expense. Petra by Night Tour starts at

8.30pm and finishes at 10:30pm every
