P4A Lee Kai Wing, Alex 25th March, 2013 Dear Garfield, How are you? I know you are getting fatter and fatter. Let me give you some advices of healthy diet. You ate too many donuts for breakfast, too many hamburgers for lunch and too much ice-cream for tea. Too many donuts are bad for us because donuts have too much sugar. Too many hamburgers are bad for us because hamburgers have too much fat. Too much ice-cream is bad for us because ice-cream has a lot of sugar. Instead of eating a lot of donuts, hamburgers and ice-cream, you should eat more salad, fruits and vegetables for lunch because they have vitamins. And also you should eat less meat for dinner every meal because it has a lot of fat. If you want to be healthy, you need to follow my advice of healthy diet. Please write soon. Cheers, Alex

P4A Lee Kai Wing, Alex 25th March, 2013 Dear Garfield, How are you? I know you are getting fatter and fatter. Let me give you some advices of healthy diet. 25th March, 2013 Dear Garfield, Hi, How are you?

I saw your photos yesterday. You are getting fatter and fatter. You are overweight now. I think you should have a healthy diet.

According to what you have told me, you ate too much chocolate and chicken for breakfast. You ate too many donuts too. They are bad for you. At lunch, you ate too much junk food and fried food. You never ate any vegetables. For tea, you only ate ice-cream. All junk food and fried food would make you fat. You should stop doing that.

I am going to share some advice on your eating habit and I hope it can help. You need to eat more vegetables and eat less meat every meal. I suggest you to eat fewer snacks, like cakes, donuts and chocolate.

Besides your eating habit, you should do more sports. If you can follow my suggestion, you will be healthy and fit. I hope you will be successfully changed your eating habit.

P4A Lam Chiu Fai, Adrian 25th March, 2013 Dear Garfield, How are you recently? I know that you are getting fatter and fatter now. You should have a healthy and balanced diet. If not, you will be unhealthy and overweight. You ate too much meat, junk food and sweet food. You ate a few grain products and vegetables every meal. Such eating habit can make you getting fat easily. Instead of eating junk food and oily food, you should eat more grain products because they can give you energy. You shouldn’t eat too much sweet food like cakes because they have too much sugar in them. In short, you should eat more dairy products because they can make you strong. Also you should eat more vegetables and fruits because they have vitamins. You must do that because it is a balanced diet. P.4B Dorothy Lam 8th April, 13 Dear Garfield, Hi! How are you? I’ve worried about your health because you do not have a balanced diet. I would like to give you some advice on how you can stay healthy. You eat a lot of sausages but a few cornflakes for your breakfast. Too much meat is bad for us because it makes you overweight. Besides, you eat a lot of French fries and potato chips for your lunch. Too much fried food can make you fat too. For tea, you ate seventeen scoops of ice-cream for each meal. Too much sugary food is bad for your teeth. You eat a few vegetables and fruit but a lot of sausages for your dinner. Too much salty food is bad for us. You should eat more fruit and vegetables. For example, you can eat 1/2 bowls of broccoli for lunch and an apple for dinner. You should eat less fried food and salty food. Try to eat some dairy products instead. It’s a good idea to choose low fat milk or yoghurt. It is important to drink six to eight glasses of water each day. Don’t forget to do exercise regularly. Your eating habits are unhealthy. For example, you ate too much pork, too many French fries but a few vegetables for your lunch. Still worse, you eat too much steak, too many sausages, a few lettuces but a lot of spaghetti for your dinner. Besides, you eat too much junk food as snacks between meals. P.4B Cindy Lee 8th April, 13 Dear Garfield, Hi! How are you? I know that you have an unhealthy diet. Therefore, I would like to give some advice to help you change your diet. You eat too a lot of snacks for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You ate too many snacks. Too many snacks would make you fat. Moreover, you had too much ice-cream for tea. Too much ice-cream would make you overweight. If you are overweight, you would a have a higher chance to suffer health problem such as heart disease or high blood pressure. Instead of eating meat, I would suggest you eat more grain products, dairy products and vegetables because they would give you energy and make you strong. If you feel hungry between meals, you can choose some healthy snacks such as yoghurt, dried fruit and nuts to eat. Apart from eating healthily, you ought to do exercise more often to stay healthy and strong. Try to develop the habits of doing exercise regularly. Dear Garfield,

How are you? Hello! I heard Jon said that you eat a lot so you are very fat. I am worried about your health. I know that you ate too much ice-cream and steak. They are high calories. They will make you fat. You ate too many chicken wings. They have a lot of fat. They are bad for your health. You ate too little rice. You should eat more because they will give you energy. You ate too few tomatoes. Tomatoes have lots of vitamins and minerals so you should eat more.

You eat a lot so you are very fat. I will give you some advice of balanced diet. It may help you. First, you should eat more grain products because they give you energy to do everything. If you don't like to eat rice, you can eat cereal. It is more tasty. You need to eat three bowls of cereal each day. Second, you should eat more fruit and vegetables. They are good for your health. You should eat two pieces of fruit and one and a half bowls of vegetables each day.

Third, you should eat less meat to help your body grow strong but too much meat and fish will make you fat. So you can only eat about 16

You can only drink about two glasses of milk every day. Fifth, you should eat less sugary food. A little fat can help your body work well but too many sweets are bad for your teeth and make you fat. So you can only eat about one bar of chocolate every day.

In short, you need to follow my advice. It may help you be a healthy cat. I wish I can see a slim Garfield in Jon's Facebook a few months later.
