    1.0 SUMMARY / ABSTRACT

Location: The P53/1586 is located approx. 65km East/

South/East of the township of Wiluna,. Access via eh Gunbarrelhwy and Barwidgee road.

Geology:P53/1586- lies approximately 65 km SW of Wiluna in

the Achaean Yandal greenstone belt on the NE side of the

Moiller Thrust, and down strike from the OBLIQUE, QUARTER

MOON , and FLUSHING MEADOWS gold deposits.

    Work Completed:

During the reporting year the Company undertook a desk top re-

view which included an assessment of all WAMEX open file and

geological data as well as reprocessing of available geophysical

for the Tenement area. Detailed loaming over grid patterns on

the project area were completed. Metal detecting and unrecord-

ed mineralized zones were also found through conventional but

historically proven methods of prospecting. A map was made

using results from a soil sampling program. Results were en-

    couraging.

Conclusions and Recommendations:The tenement area had potential to host a small satellite golddeposit. Due to the depth of the substrate in some areas of pro-ject, surface sampling was likely not effective in these areas, alt-hough anomalous values were discovered.

A deeper soil auger program is recommended to more effective-ly map the pattern of surface gold

    2.0 LOCATION

The P53/1586 is located approx. 65km East/South/East of the

township of Wiluna,. Access via eh Gunbarrel hwy and Barwidgee

road. From the township of Wiluna, 55.3km East along the Gun-

barrel Hwy until the Barwidgee road turn. Following the Barwidgee

road South for 26.3km. From this point a East/West fence line is

met. Following the fence line West for 6.3km to Outcamp well. A

small track from there leading South to the project area approx.

    1.5km away.

    GEOLOGY CONTINUED

The tenement area cover a sequence of acid volcanics associ-

    ate-

    ed with fine-

grained sediments and tuffs with later beddedbanded iron formation (BIF). This sequence is terminated to

the south and west by massive granites that in places have in-

trusive contacts. The main focus of any future drilling program

would be on the BIF formations to the West of the tenement ar-

    ea.

    4.0CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

The tenement area had potential to host a small satellite golddeposit. Due to the depth of the substrate in some areas of pro-ject, surface sampling was likely not effective in these areas, alt-hough anomalous values were discovered. Due to the projectslocation along shear from FLUSHING MEADOWS OBLIQUEQUARTER MOON DEPOSITS A strong possibility exists of aviable mining operation.A deeper soil auger program is recommended to more effective-ly map the pattern of surface gold

    5.0 WORK COMPLETED

Work done: During the repor ting year the Company undertook a desk top

review which included an assessment of all WAMEX open file and geological

data as well as reprocessing of available geophysical for the Project area. De-

tailed loaming over grid patterns on the tenement area were completed. Metaldetecting and unrecorded mineralized zones were also found through conven-

tional but historically proven methods of prospecting. Results were all very en-

    couraging.

The company undertook a Surface loaming program over the tenement area,

results are mapped and listed below, 1 Geologists was employed over the re-

ported period to undergo field reconnaissance/ potential target identification/

general mapping and desktop assessment of all WAMEX open file and geologi-

cal data. The use of a mobile soil sampling unit also proved very valuable in the

collection of raw data of surface soil anomaly's within the tenement areas.

Throughout the year the company and its representatives have made numerous

field trips to the tenement area. A number of different contractors were em-

ployed by the company to undergo the tasks at hand, mainly the completion of

the soil anomaly testing of the en-

tire tenement area. Progress was made andgeneral map has been made identifying gold soil anomaly's.

    MOBILE SOIL TESTING

The mobile soil testing unit is an adaptation to the traditional method of

loaming surface soil for traces of gold and other heavy elements. The tradi-

tional method involves the use of a gold pan testing soil anomaly's in a grid

pattern, analysis of results to determine the source of gold into a definable

area. The BRONZEWING deposit was originally discovered through this

technique by prospector Sam Cash as depicted in his publication Loaming

    for gold.

The idea of the mobile soil sampling unit came about by Andrew Hadson

after designing the first version in 1999 for sampling of a lease packageEast of Leonora. It was found to be efficient and another was designed and

    built in 2013.

DESCRIPTION-The mobile soil sampling unit consists of a conventional

20 Spiral wheel (see photo below) and 3 x 200lt water containers fitted to

a standard tandem trailer. It into position with a Toyota 4wd. Using ONLY

existing tracks it is positioned. The Spiral wheel is fed water from a small12v pump leading from a water container. The water used is then recycled

into an empty water container and then a second container which allows for

the dirt and mud to settle to the bottom providing clean water at the end of

the cycle to be used again through the system. The heavy elements from

each sample concentrate through gravity to the centre of the spiral wheel

then through a hole through the middle of the wheel and are collected in a

stainless steel collections bowl. The concentrates are then tested immediate-

ly with a gold pan to reveal the gold in the sample. The spiral wheel is then

completely rinsed and cleaned of unprocessed material in preparation for

the next sample. The entire system is run from a simple car battery.

The concentrates are discarded with the sample after analysis. Soil type is

recorded only after a positive result.

Due to the small sizes of the samples (about a handful) the waste made by

sampling is simply raked back into the earth to not leave a trace.

    SAMPLE PREPERATION-All samples were col-

lected either on foot or by a small motorbike. The oper-

ator would collect a small 200/250 gram sample from

the surface of each location using only a small geo

pick so to cause only very minimal disturbance to the

environment. No holes are made, instead, the pick is

only used to break the surface of a small area. No

marking/pegging or ribbon tape was used during sam-

pling to minimise disturbance to the environment. All

samples were numbered and sealed in individual bags

and collected on a milk crate attached to the front and

rear of the bike. Grid patterns were follow by a prepro-gramed GPS unit.

RESULT INTERPRETATION The results listed are

the indications of actual visible gold from the small

amount of concentrate produced through the spiral

wheel cycle. The figures are the amount of specks of

gold seen in the concentrate. A result of 1 is 1 speck of

powder size gold. A result of 3 is 3 specks of gold or

larger grain of gold equivalent to 3 powder sized

specks. A result of 7 is 7 powder sized specks or larger

grains equivalent to 7 powder sized specks Etc.

AREAS SAMPLED-A grid pattern was designed over the

tenement area of the P53/1586. 200m metre East to West

spacing's were used of the entire Eastern area. Samples

were recorded every 130 metres North to South over the grid

    pattern,

Sampling was done throughout the year. Plans for a new de-

tailed sampling program over targeted areas is planned. 122

samples were taken in total from the tenements. All were

    tested for gold.

Sample 97 was not recorded due to a GIS error prior to sam-pling.

RESULTS-Results were encour aging, on completion of the soil

sampling, a database was generated. A map was then made high-

light-ing gold anomaly's onto a readable chart. Maps are located

below in this report. Several areas with surface gold values were

identified. The highest result of 10 was from sample 44 located atE 283654.9 N 7026648. it consisted of 5 grain size gold particles.

    1) A pattern of gold was discovered on the North Western

corner of P53/1586 extending into the tenement for at

    least 200 metres

    2) A pattern of gold was discovered in the South East area of

P53/1587 which is suspected to be over 200 metres in length.

    3) sporadic value were obtained from other areas of the pro-ject area. More detailed and possibly deeper soil testing is

    needed.

MAPS AND RESULTS-The maps and results from the sampling

program are provided below in this report. A yellow mark on the mapsindicates a gold value. Sampling was done from the North to the

South and always sampling the grids from West to East.
