General packaging guidelines

Packaging

• It is mandatory to use at least one Paytm branded packaging material out of these- Tape, Polybag, Corrugated box, etc

• Use strong material that keeps the product safe from scratches or damage on the outside.

• Cushion the product inside the package with things such as bubble wrapping or padding so the product cannot move inside.

• Use Paytm brand tapes liberally on joints and edges.

• Use ‘Fragile’ sticker on the finally packed product.

Labelling

• Print the packing slip clearly and stick it on the pack.

• Please make sure that it is not wrinkled and all details are clearly visible, including the barcode.

• Cover packing slip with transparent tape horizontally, so that barcode can be easily readable

• Add all other details and documents necessary.

1. Actual product like – gas stove

2. Use the thermocol frames to cover the gas stove. Then insert the product in brand box

3. Wrap the sealed brand box using 6-8 layers of bubble wrap sheet. Bubble wrap sheet should be of 8kg/100sq meter strength

4. Insert bubble wrapped product in Paytm branded corrugated box or 6-7 ply fully crafted corrugated box

5. Cover the outer box with Paytm brand poly bag or non transparent temper proof poly bags and it should be sealed with Paytm brand tape

6. Separate the invoice from the packing slip

7. Insert the invoice in the polybag or outer box. It should not be pasted with the packing slip

8. Insert the packing slip in PB pocket and seal the pocket by transparent tape

Note- Please do not use other portals/black coloured poly-bags.

9. Also you can paste the packing slip on the outer surface and cover it completely using transparent tape. Tape should be used horizontally to avoid the wrinkles on packing slip

10. In case you are not using Paytm brand poly-bags, kindly use plain temper proof poly bags only and seal the poly-bag using Paytm brand tape (mandatory)

11. Paste the fragile/handle with care sticker on the final packet

Note- Please do not use other portals/black coloured poly-bags.
