INNOVATIVE PACKING CONCEPT

SHRINK FILM PAC 600

PAC 600 is a fully automated and complete packing machine: from forming to closing and fixing.

Tamper-proof pack ing , PAC 60 0 guarantees the security of delivery goods and provides a high stacking strength and palletisation.

No deformation upon receipt of the package.

Easy-open case, no cutting device required thanks to the tear strip on the bottom.

Recycling: the non-fixing film allows you to separate materials effortlessly.

Another benefit: order picking is facilitated by the lack of cardboard flaps.

LAYING OF CARDBOARD WEDGING

A simple and efficient concept based on the placement of cardboard wedging tailored to the contents of the box. Held in place without glue.

The packing materials are homogeneous, and easily recycled.

REDUCTION OF EMPTY SPACE WITH JIVARO

JIVARO automatically adapts and closes boxes at the fill height without adding wedging material. Recipients receive a secure box of the smallest possible volume.

JIVARO is an environmentally-friendly concept: no wedging materials required, more boxes can be transported in the same truck, less trucks on the road!

E-JIVARO, a packing machine designed for e-commerce, can make boxes in “letter box format”, i.e. an A5 format with a thickness greater than or equal to 30 mm (as opposed to 50 mm for JIVARO) depending on the dispatched items (photo albums, books, textiles, pharmaceutical products, etc.).
