CERTIFICATION PROCESS & IIBA® FEES
Once participants have completed a training course/s (and earned the required PD
hours), they can apply to the IIBA® to take the relevant certificate exam.
Note: As the IIBA® Endorsed Training Provider, we can assist the participants with
preparation of the certification applications (in the form of a review of the drafted
applications) and exams. However, we cannot facilitate the exams. All certificate
exams are facilitated by (& payments are made to) the IIBA® directly and are not
included as part of our training or training quotations.
COMPLETION CERTIFICATES
Each learner will receive an electronic (PDF) Business Analysis Excellence issued
completion certificate and the associated PD Hours/CDUs credits when a course is
completed successfully.

Onsite, in-person training with online training supplements
At the time of our engagement with YOUI Insurance, the Business Analysis team
consisted of a group of approximately 8 Business Analysts who were responsible for
all business analysis and technology change initiatives in their internal business.
Whilst having the privilege to visit and train their team at their premises in the
Sunshine Coast we learned about their outstanding team spirit and cohesiveness.
They approached us because they wanted to enable their Business Analysis group
to learn the same industry aligned business analysis practices and align as a team in
how they approached Business Analysis activities at work. We delivered a 3 day on-
site Business Analysis course with heavy focus on the BABOK v3 Guide to ensure this
need was met. The on-site course was also supplemented with our online on-
demand BABOK v3 Core Practitioner training to ensure longevity in their learning
experience. It was a hugely rewarding experience for us at the time.

Dallas City Council - Dallas Texas, US (2018-2019)
On-demand , self-paced with 1:1 tutor support
Dallas City Council has a team of about 40 Business Analysts spread across a large
number of different divisions serving an internal business customer base of
approximately 13,000 employees. The Business Analysts in this team come from a
variety of different backgrounds in business bringing a wealth of experience to the
council. The teams’ training and certification needs were to train their team in
industry aligned Business Analysis practices and to prepare each individual to sit for
the CCBA and CBAP exams. This customer choose to do on-demand, remote online
IIBA Endorsed training with us which included doing 1:1 Skype coaching sessions
with our Australian based tutor team. They are busy completing their 12 month
training program with Business Analysis Excellence Pty Ltd and have outstanding
results so far.
Sierra Systems - Canada (2018-2019)

The Business Consultant team at Sierra Systems is spread across the country
servicing a wide variety of external business customers. This team had a need to
provide IIBA Endorsed training to their consultants for the purpose of crediting the
team with internationally endorsed training and professional certification in the
format of CCBA and CBAP designations. They decided to join our online, on-demand
CCBA and CBAP preparation training program which included all the relevant
training courses as well as 1:1 coaching sessions with our certified tutors in
