9. The Respondent should be allowedsupervised visitation with the minorchildren or have visitation suspend-ed until she can be evaluated by alicensed mental health care profes-sional ordered by the Court.

10. The minor child is in a stable envi-ronment. He has lived with thePetitioner for two and one-halfyears and has performed well inschool during that period of time.

11. The Respondent has had limitedcontact with the minor child duringthe last two and one-half years.

12. The Petitioner has nurtured andraised the parties’ minor child andis the primary source of the familyincome.

13. The Husband is currently employedas a plumber and has been soemployed for 23 years.

14. The Petitioner is need of equitabledistribution of the marital assets.

15. The Petitioner has retained theservices of the undersignedattorney and has become legallyobligated to pay him a reasonableattorney’s fee. The Petitioner isrequesting that the Respondent/husband pays his attorney’s feesand costs.
