1.0 Summary and Introduction

Guy Delorme conducted a geochemical program over the Paracelsus

Property between the dates of September 6th to September 8th 2017. The

program was successful in finding historical trenches but the Schaft was

not located during the trip. Numerous amounts of logging roads made it

difficult to find the location of the property at first but eventually the

trenches were located. The purpose of the program was to obtain similar

grades encountered by Cominco in 1984 which had great extents and

values. The samples were taken to SGS Laboratory of Burnaby where a

XRF Analysis was recommended to obtain the best possible results for

Zinc. A Garmin Etrek GPS model was used to locate the samples and each

sample was flagged with Bright Orange Flagging.

2.0 Location Access and Infrastructure

The Paracelsus property is located 450Km air miles from Vancouver

B.C. and roughly 45 kilometers air miles South from Golden B.C. To

access the property from Parson B.C. take the Parson River Crossing onto

Crestbrook RD a FSR. Continue on Crestbrook for 7km than turn left on

a sharp left turnaround, continue on this gravel road for another 9km until

there is a junction that gives the option to turn left or right on this road

turn right and continue on for 600 meters at this point there will be another

branch turn right and continue on for another 800 meters. Turn right onto

this road at GPS 530534E 5648786N, from here the property can be

accessed from numerous gravel roads. Rail and Power are within 5

Kilometers of the property in a straight line.

3.0 Physiography and Climate

The Paracelsus property’s elevations are from 1330mt from the Peak

of Lead Mountain down to an elevation of 1100 meters at the lowest

portion of the claim block. The area has second growth lodge pole pine,

Douglas fir and Bushes. No Lakes are in the vicinity of the claim block

but are close by for a potential water source for exploration. The Climate

is listed below from Golden B.C. yearly data.

5.0 History and Previous Work

The first documented exploration at Lead Mountain occurred in

1904, when ground was staked as the IXL and the Condor claims. In 1919,

lead and zinc mineralization was staked as the Rose and Daisy claims. At

that time, an adit, elevation 1289 metres, was driven into the top of the

mountain. In 1925, another adit, elevation 1259 metres, was driven. In

1926, approximately two tonnes of silver-lead ore were shipped from the

Daisy claim. In 1954, Giant Mascot Mines staked the ground and in 1956

drove a third adit, elevation 1198 metres, in which underground work and

diamond drilling was done. Underground drilling from the drifts totaled

610 metres. This work was undertaken jointly by Cominco Ltd. and Giant

Mascot Mines. In 1966, the property comprised the Tony, Don and Ron

groups. During the year, Giant Mascot carried out 137 metres of diamond

drilling in three holes. When the claims lapsed in 1966, Cominco Ltd.

staked the property as the Mitten claim. Work by Cominco to 1984

included geological mapping, underground sampling and a soil

geochemistry programs. The property was staked as the Legacy claims by

A.G. Louie in 1993 and is operated by WWC Consulting Ltd.

6.0 Regional Geology

The Jubilee/Lead Mt. area is underlain by late Proterozoic to

Silurian sediments that are a structurally preserved remnant of a generally

shallow marine platform succession. These rocks were deposited east of

the Purcell Anticlinorium – a long lived structural high, and west of a

narrow intracratonic shale basin that developed in Mid-Cambrian to

Ordovician time.

7.0 Property Geology/Structure/Mineralization

The Geology units present at Lead Mt. are the Cranbrook Formation,

Lower Jubilee Formation and the McKay Formation.

Structure, the Cranbrook, possible Lower Jubilee and 4B lithology’s

(see map) exposed on the east and south sides of Lead Mt. are folded in

relatively tight folds. The dominant fold is a syncline which strikes north-

west just to the north of the 42+30 adit area (see adit Map). McKay Fm.

calcareous shales and limestones are juxtaposed against Lower Jubilee

and Unit 48 lithology’s and must be in fault contact. This fault cuts across

the saddle between two high points of Lead Mt. and strikes in a NNE

direction.

Mineralization, at the top of Lead Mountain, primarily lead and zinc

mineralization occurs in dolomite in an oval shaped area 610 by 245

metres. The mineralization is distributed in a zone 150 to 200 metres long,

striking northwest and dipping 75 to 90 degrees southwest. Mineralized

outcrops occur at the top of the ridge at an elevation of 1326 metres and

on steep northeast cliffs between elevations of 1265 and 1295 metres.

Sulphide minerals are associated with barite and include galena,

sphalerite, pyrite and chalcopyrite. Mineralization is localized in breccia’s

and tension fractures at the axis of a syncline. The ore, consisting of an

intimate mixture of galena and sphalerite carries low silver values and can

occur as replacements and impregnations of the limestone in contact with

argillites. In places, the ore occurs in bunches and streaks and in others it

seems to be disseminated throughout the limestone. The mineralization

occurs primarily in the Jubilee Formation

The 2017 program was successful in locating historical workings

and mineralization. The program’s rock samples however did not

encounter similar grades from previous samples. Detailed prospecting and

sampling is recommended for the program with an ICP analysis to

determine grades of other elements within different zones of

mineralization.

18.0 Authors Qualifications

The author has spent over 20 years in the exploration industry. Work

related experience has been over the past 20 years or more, staking

mineral claims in the USA and Canada, conducting or working on the

crew of geophysics with methods of VLF, Magnetometer, Induced

Polarization and Self-Potential Survey’s. Conducted numerous soil

sampling surveys and also line cutting. I have also worked on over 15

different types of diamond drills, have experience in roadbuilding and

heavy equipment operation, completed reclamation requirements on

mineral properties, researching mineral properties, evaluating data,

prospecting and report writing and preparation as well as permitting and

first nation consultation. The Author has also worked on an operating

mine from weighing in the trucks of ore to final stages of shipping the ore.
