The Location On the site of the old Llanelli Scarlets stadium, these superb new homes offer a blend of quality, style and value for money in a prime location.
Parc y Strade is situated on the western edge of Llanelli, Carmarthenshire.
It’s a delightful place to live, with a thriving town centre and access to some

How to find usFrom the M4 (heading Westbound)
Leave the M4 at Junction 48, then at T-junction turn left
onto the A4138 (Pontardulai Road) towards Llanelli.
Continue along the A4138 (through 4 roundabouts)
for 4.1 miles, then at the Trostre Roundabout/A484,
take the 5th exit onto A484. Continue straight on at
the next roundabout and then at the Swansea Castle
Roundabout, take the 4th exit and stay on A484 for
a further 0.9 miles. Turn left at Heol Penbre/A484,
then at Sandy Roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto
Sandy Road/A484 and continue for 0.2 miles.
Turn right at Iscoed Road and the entrance to the
development is situated on your right hand side.
