If your child is absent they areresponsible
for their missed work. Unless they are
absent at the beginning of the week thereis no excuse for them not doing their
homework. After all, it is in theirHomework Notebook.
In any case, make sure they have a friends
phone number so that, with yourpermission, they may call their friend in

Lateness and Attendance
As in any school, attendance is extremely
important. It is only when your child attends
school on a daily basis that they can learnwhat they need to know to its full extent.
If your child needs to be absent for anyreason, please send a signed absent note.If the child has seen any sort of doctor,
please send that notice to school as well.

Lateness is severely frowned
upon. We understand thatthings happen, but when
your child arrives to school
late on a daily basis itbecomes a distraction
and a waste of valuable time.
Please teach your child about theirresponsibilities. We appreciate it!
