    The in-plant training opportunity I had with Span Engineering (Pvt) Ltd. was a great chance

    for learning and professional development. Therefore I consider myself as a very luc!y individual

    as I was provided with an opportunity to "e a part of it.

    Preface

    The primary o"4ective of industrial training program is to overcome such pro"lems faced "y

    a graduate and to "uild up a sound appreciation and understanding of the theoretical principles

    learnt as an undergraduate "y e$posing them to the industrial environment while "eing an

    undergraduate. It is oriented towards developing the s!ills !nowledge and attitudes needed to ma!e

    an effective start as a mem"er of the engineering profession.

    This report presents a "rief presentation on gained5 technical !now-how e$periences customer

    interaction challenges achievements and failures during my Industrial training. I was placed at

    Span Engineering (Pvt) Ltd for duration of 67 wee!s commencing from ,8th #e"ruary 699:.

    It is a good opportunity to e$perience practical industrial environment wor! discipline team wor!

    time management ;uality controlling and to o"tain a clear understanding of the theoretical

    !nowledge which I was a"le to gain in the TI. lso In my period of training I got the freedom to

    o"serve refer and e$plore the civil engineering process.

    %uring this period received enormous encouragement as well as a huge co-operation from

    everyone in my training place. ithout this guidance and co-operation most pro"a"ly I would not"e a"le to complete the stuff that I have presented hear. I did en4oy the every moment that I have

    spent at my training place.

    fter the completion of industrial training for 67 wee!s successfully I was a"le to prepare this

    training report to represent my training e$perience. I have included all the practical e$perience that I

    have gained throughout this training session also the technical !nowledge technical details and

    specifications which is related to +ivil Engineering.

    I have tried my "est to ma!e sure that all the information are in detail and accurate. &y intention is

    to provide a good idea a"out my practical e$perience from the construction site and to satisfy the

    re;uirements of the inspection officer or reader who will "e evaluating my training e$perience to

    complete my /%E program successfully.
