When securing the pannier support stay, first tighten the upper bolts.

13. Install the right pannier and tighten all loosely installed hardware to the specifications in the torque chart.

Repeat on the left side.•

14. Install the plugs as shown.

18. Install the rear fender B and A in the reverse order of removal.

17. Work upon the rear fender B as shown .Remove any burrs.•

FILEFile off the cutout surfaces after removing the area.Repeat on the right side.

FRETSAW Remove.

SOCKET BOLT TORQUE: 30 N·m (3.1 kgf·m, 22 lbf·ft)

20. Install the side covers and rear cowl in the reverse order of removal.

19. Work upon the right side cover along the factory marked line as shown.

Remove any burrs.• Repeat on the left side.•

FILEFile off the cutout surfaces after removing the area.

FRETSAW Remove.

21. Loosely install the right pannier stay and right pannier, then tighten all loosely installed hardware to the specifications in the torque chart.

Repeat on the left side.•

22. Install the plugs as shown.

23. Install the removed parts in the reverse order of removal.
