إلعادة تعيين كلمة المرور الخاصة بك. لتغيير أو https://accounts.hct.ac.ae اضغط على .1

ستظهر لك الصفحة التالية. .2

كلمة المرور تغيير

اضغط على "تغيير كلمة المرور" لتغيير كلمة المرور الخاصة بك. .1

ستظهر الصفحة التالية، قم بإدخال اسم المستخدم للدخول إلى النظام. .2

سيطلب منك إدخال كلمة المرور القديمة، ثم إنشاء كلمة مرور جديدة وتأكيدها. .3

استعادة كلمة المرور

ستظهر لك الصفحة التالية، قم بإدخال اسم المستخدم والرموز الموضحة في الصورة. .2

بعد إدخال البيانات المطلوبة اضغط على "التالي"، ستظهر لك الصفحة التالية. .3

اختياران لضمان حماية حسابك، تستطيع اختيار استالم كلمة المرور المؤقتة عن طريق الهاتف المتحرك سيظهر لك .4

المسجل أو االتصال.

عند االنتهاء من خطوة التحقق، سيتم تعيين كلمة المرور الجديدة. .5

ستقوم أيضا باستالم بريد إلكتروني لتأكيد نجاح إعادة تعيين كلمة المرور. .6

PASSWORD MANAGEMENT

1. Visit https://accounts.hct.ac.ae/ to Change your password or reset your password.

2. You will see a screen as below.

Password Change 1. Click on Password Change if you wish to change your password.

2. You will see a similar screen as below. You will need to login to this page with your existing credentials.

3. You will then be asked to enter your Old password, Create new password and Confirm new password.

4. Upon a successful Password change, you will be directed to a page as below.

Password Reset

1. Click on the Password Reset button on this screen to reset your password.

2. You will get a screen as below. Enter your user ID and the characters in the picture.

3. Once details are entered, click on Next. You will have the below screen.

4. There are 2 additional ways to ensure security. You can choose to receive an OTP via the registered phone

number or a call.

5. Once this verification step is done, your password is successfully reset.

6. You will also receive an email confirming the successful password reset.
