Northwest Region in 2013 & 5th in the National rankings Following a National restructure was asked to take on a troubleshooting role as

LBM for Manchester Central, a historically difficult patch which had not hit target for over 7 years despite the best efforts of the 5 previous LBMs

Challenged the existing culture of poor risk and business performance and managed individuals to improved performances through strong leadership

Resulted in the team achieving a top National position on both business and file quality from bottom 10% at the half year to top 15% at the end.

Bancassurance Manager Worked alongside the Regional Bancassurance Manager and supported him in

running the Region, specifically with recruitment & performance management as well as driving the risk and sales agenda, before being asked to run the Region full time from Oct 2009 to March 2010.
