Sunshine Foundation is working on their new website! Families who are requesting a dream will soon be able to
fill out their application through the new website! Another new addition to the website is you can get direct access to
the All Volunteer Chapters . If you want to get involved with a chapter, or have questions about their events, send them

The 4th Annual Holiday Extravaganza
Margarita’s Restaurant held a
bar night to help make dreams
come true! People came out for a
night of music and prizes with a
portion of the money made from
their meal going towards Sunshine
Foundation. The money raised
went towards Dejah’s Dream.
Dejah is 11 and has deficiency of tibia and a prosthetic leg.
She dreams of going to the Central Florida Theme Parks!

was heart warming, knowing she may never be able
to run up to them and hug them again. This trip
gave her an experience she will never forget.”

Through sale of the Sunshine Thank You Cards, they have continued to
raise money for Sunshine Foundation. Kathy also donated the design for
the Sunshine Foundation Holiday Cards! The sale of the holiday cards
have made it possible for Marlayah, who has arthrogryposis,
to receive her Dream Come True trip to the
Central Florida Theme Parks!

Linda’s Dream Come True Trip!
16 year old Linda, who has been diagnosed with
pulmonic stenosis and epilepsy, received her
dream come true trip to the Central Florida Theme
Parks! She couldn’t wait to see Harry Potter at
Universal Studios and Elsa at Walt Disney World.
“It took her mind off of all the doctor, shots
that she has to go through every month
and it brought us more close
together and now she feels she is a
normal 16 year old.
Linda had smiled for the first time in a
long time.” – Linda’s Mom
For 28 years the Corvette Club of Delaware Valley
has continued to make Dreams Come True for the
children of Sunshine Foundation through it’s
Corvette Enthusiasts Community Foundation.
After a year long effort of taking the raffle Corvette
to different locations and selling raffles, they found
a winner. That winner decided to donate the car
back to the corvette club, resulting in additional
funding to go towards the charities! Because of all
the money raised from this years raffle the Corvette
Club was able to sponsor the dreams of two
children! One child benefiting from this years raffle
is 9 year old Leofranco. Leofranco, who was
diagnosed with severe autism, dreams of going to
the Central Florida Theme Parks!

Raider’s Raise Money for
Sunshine Foundation
High school students from Ocean City High School danced the
night away at the Raider-Thon to raise money for Sunshine
Foundation and the Ocean City Education Foundation! Students
spent the night dancing to music, played by a local radio station,
and trying to out dance the Phillie
Phanatic!

Robert and Kathryn did not
have any children, however
they grew a lifetime of
savings that would make a dif-
ference in the lives of many
children. Sunshine Founda-
tion’s President Kate Sample
was presented with a check
from Kathryn’s
Representative Michelle.
Kathryn and Robert left part of
their savings to Sunshine
Foundation after their deaths. Thank you for spreading Sunshine
