individuals personal safety.

Health• Personal health choices of individuals is about

making the right decisions and putting them into action. This concerns nutrition, hygiene, consumerism, drug use and prevention of disease.

Physical Activity• It is important for individuals to maintain an

active lifestyle, and adopt consistent patterns in their lifestyles to promote wellbeing. Developing their skills for a balanced lifestyle.

Safety• Safe living is concerned with protecting

individuals through promoting safe environments. Developing the individuals to commit to harm free environments and practices.

PDH promotes positive interpersonal relationships with

other students. Boosting the confidence of individual students.

PDH is a fun way of informing the generations to come on the

importance of being healthy, physically active and staying safe.
