The participants and guides will immerse themselves in the unknown world of next:land which allows us to experience and explore new ways of thinking, working and learning. Each LAB has its unique breakthrough questions (based on participants' interests) in two areas: next:projects and next:visits.

NEXT:PrOjEcTs What does next:... really mean for Strategy, HR, Leadership, R&D...?

NEXT:VIsITs How do we set up a learning journey for the whole group that tackles our questions?

Both areas will be explored within 6-8 agile teams throughout the entire journey and within all five stop-overs. We will set up 3-4 Teams of 6 people for each area.

We start our expedition to next:land at a base:camp. Rather than a "workshop“ it is an experience of new ways of thinking and work-ing. The LAB is a temporary yet structured set of events to develop a next:land mindset, to prototype and experience next:practices, and a powerful systemic lens on organizations. We will develop cohesion as a group and get the expedition started by forming the 6-8 agile project teams. After Module 1 you will have the choice to go all in or opt out, if it doesn‘t fit your needs.

You need to be experienced in working in an organization in mini-mum for 3 years. Please send us a written application and a video.

Your travel expenses, hotel accommodation (overnight stays) and the travel ex-penses for the Learning Journey (Module 4) are not covered by the tuition fees.
