It is being used to get the list of top and bottom 5 performers based on the number of cases that they have handled the Average handle time and also the After Call Work Time. Also details of their cases could be viewed to know if there are any issues that need to be sorted out immediately.

The whole project has been built on CPM 6.2 SP1.It has both CPM and CTI framework on it. Also, there is a failover mechanism built on request by Philips since this is a Mission Critical implementation. And there is a replication procedure using the Oracle Golden Gate for Disaster Recovery reasons.
