PELOTON COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATEAUSTIN
Peloton Austin opened in 2013, with decades of combined experience in the Austin commercial real estate market. The Peloton Austin portfolio is currently made up of approximately 5 million square feet of leased and/or managed properties. Our people have received recognition from the business community, including:
American Graphic Design & Advertisting AwardsAustin Business Journal’s Heavy Hitter AwardsCoStar Power Broker Awards
LEASINGWe credit our proven track record to our skill at being:
PROPERTY MANAGEMENTOn a day-to-day basis, our management team is tasked with preserving, protecting and enhancing property according to sound operational principles. But we see our real mission as a larger one of maximizing the value of property owners’ investments. That’s why we work closely with owners to understand their investment objectives and then formulate plans to achieve those objectives.
STRATEGIC. We carefully craft a specific marketing and leasing program for each asset, based
on the owner’s goals and objectives, market condition and project positioning.
CREATIVE.We think outside the box, using innovative concepts to make property tours
memorable and bring each deal to fruition.
INSIGHTFUL. Expertise in every submarket allows us to recognize opportunities others might
miss and leverage relationships to the benefit of our owners.
PRO-ACTIVE. We play OFFENSE — leveraging technology, accountability and aggressive
canvassing to expose each asset to the maximum number of leasing prospects.
EXPERIENCED. We believe that staffing each assignment with senior-level talent gives Peloton —
and Peloton clients — the edge on project tours, in formulating lease proposals,
in deal pursuit, during lease negotiations and throughout occupancy.

Peloton’s hands-on approach and established processes ensure that both the initial design and all phases of construction are completed in the most cost-effective manner.
