One point perspective •Is also a perspective drawing that has one vanishing point were the lines drawn are parallel to each other and are at “infinity.”

Two point perspective •Two point perspective or perspective with two vanishing points is used when the objects' corners are facing the viewer. This method is perfect for drawing isometric objects.

Three point perspective •The three point perspective includes the two point perspective or perspective with two vanishing points plus it also has a third perspective point or third vanishing point in the vertical perspective aspect as from near the ground for instance looking up at a tower -- as the viewer is facing a vertical corner (edge) of the object.

Basic attempt to perspective with incorrect sizing in the figures

Playing with PerspectiveThose are photos that are defying the representation of Space by using strong perceptual patterns, like Proximity that produce a simple and appealing explanation of what is seen.

Task requiredAccording to your understanding to the description above, you are asked to:•Illustrate two groups of cubes using two different techniques (One vanishing point – Two vanishing points) in different views (bird’s eye view – ant’s eye view- human’s eye view). These boxes can be the size and location of your liking. The object of this practice is for you to study how a cube's appearance changes as your Eye Level changes.

•Determine the light source and try to put shade and shadow according this source using one or more techniques for your presentation (blending- hatching- cross hatching………..)

•Sketch one of the perspectives shown below using lead pencils, or chose a perspective from your own and sketch it .

•You should take in consideration the progression of tones, values, shading, the proportion and focal points.

Good Luck ….
