The story

Curated by an American fine dining chef, the food itself is like the ambience that accompanies it, eclectic, unexpected, improvisational, modern yet nostalgic, sophisticated yet humble, comfortable yet innovative. Our chickens are brined for a minimum of 12 hours to make sure every mouthful is deliciously tender. Marinated in our secret recipe sauces, teamed with irresistible sides and topped off with insanely good desserts.Our menu has been purposefully crafted to offer State-sized portions as we positively encourage sharing dishes with friends and family. Warning though – our food is mighty tasty, so if you’re sharing, be quick else you’ll blink and it’ll be gone!

Hooch, PopSkull, White Lightning or our favourite; Sweet Spirits o’ Cats A-fightin’ were some of the names given to Moonshine back in its earliest Prohibition days. Distilled illegally at night under the light of the silvery moon, this rascal of a drink is what Southern legends are made of. We thought we’d pay homage by creating our own Absurd Moonshine as well as featuring award-winning, authentic Moonshine from the US.
