What Is It?• A collection of performance data from
many sources
• Overview of performance at a corporate and Unit level
• A useful list of ‘Corporate’ ToDo’s
• A record of performance and progress against targets and action plans
• A way to demonstrate performance and corporate contribution
Why Have It?• There are relatively few nationally
accepted KPI’s around for Procurement
• Provides a relatively ‘at a view’ glance of the bigger performance picture
• Performance data is visible to everyone in the Unit, not just managers.
• It has many uses – appraisals, management reports, service planning, CPA, etc
How Does it Work?• Sources of performance data are mapped
onto a ‘mind map’
• The performance data and information is collated and linked directly to the map
• A cross-unit working group collates reviews and updates the information
• The mind map is published as on the Unit’s shard drive as intranet pages
