Interpersonal Awareness indicates a person's evaluation of his or her ability for appropiate social, emotional, and physical distance in verbal interactions with others.
Drive Strength/Motivation
Drive Strength indicates motivation and goal-setting abilities.Drive Strength shows an ability to marshal energy and motivation toward the accomplishment of personal goals

Decision Making indicates in formulating and initiating effective problem-solving procedures
