Both resting heart rate and blood pressure are measurements that are considered indicators of cardiorespiratory fitness and can be risk factors for many forms of cardiovascular disease. REQUIRED VITALS: RESTING HEART RATE AND BLOOD PRESSURE 1 Why Measure? The InBody 270 is the premier body composition analyzer that looks beyond the scale and shows you exactly what you’re made of computing one’s body fat, muscle, water, and basal metabolic rate in just 45 seconds. OPTIONAL BODY COMPOSITION: INBODY ASSESSMENT 2 Why Measure? 4 assessments are conducted during this portion of the session to serve as a screening tool to assess potential muscle imbalances that could make the client more susceptible to injury. OPTIONAL CORE ASSESSMENTS 5 Why Measure? The overhead squat assessment can be used to assess full-body muscle balance by analyzing a functional movement pattern. OPTIONAL OVERHEAD SQUAT ASSESSMENT 6 Why Measure? Circumference measurements are used as a baseline for measuring progress for the client. OPTIONAL CIRCUMFERENCE MEASUREMENTS 3 Why Measure? Both lower and upper body muscular endurance are completed to exhaustion, measuring a client’s level of resistance and recovery. OPTIONAL MUSCULAR ENDURANCE ASSESSMENTS: LOWER & UPPER BODY 4
