All new clients must begin with a Start Up package, which includes (2) 1-hour sessions. The �rst session consists of health history review, goal setting, and physiological and movement assessments. Your trainer will then use this information to best design a person-alized exercise program for your speci�c needs and �tness level.

Why Measure? Both resting heart rate and blood pressure are measurements that are considered indicators of cardiorespiratory �tness and can be risk factors for many forms of cardiovascular disease.
