A RANGE FOR ALL REQUIREMENTSThe Boxer offers a choice of body types: • Panel vans and Window Vans• Chassis Cabs, Crew Cabs and Floor Cabs

to serve as a base for conversions.

The Boxer comes in two different ranges: • The 300 range is composed of three

GVWs*: the 330 (3.0 tonnes), the 333 (3.3 tonnes) and the 335 (3.5 tonnes).

• The 400 range  is characterised byreinforced suspension and is available withtwo  GVWs*: the 435 (3.5 tonnes) and the440 (4.0 tonnes).

Lastly, the Boxer also gives you a choice ofdifferent lengths and heights, so you can findthe Boxer that meets your requirements.

YOUR MADE TO MEASURE BOXEROn vans, you can combine three heights(2.25 m – 2.52 m – 2.76 m) with four lengths(4.96 m – 5.41 m – 5.99 m – 6.36 m) andone additional length (L2S) availablespecifically on the Chassis Cab.

So, you can choose from up to 8 differentbody types (on panel vans), 7 interiorvolumes ranging from 8 m3 (L1H1 version)to 17 m3 (L4H3 version), with wide accessesmaking loading and unloading operationseasy.

SIMPLE AND EFFICIENT The Boxer  can meet and exceed yourrequirements. For example,  in order tomaximise  load capacity, no space iswasted. The floor width between wheelarches is an optimal 1.42 m, among thebest on the market, while the maximuminterior width is 1.87 m.To make life easier for you,  the load sill isone of the lowest on the market: between53.5 cm and 56.5 cm .

Lastly, the three different types of reardoors and sliding side doors (whose sizesvary according to body types) have beendesigned to facilitate loading and unloadingoperations.

The sill of the rear bumper is covered with anon-slip material, the hinged doors open toan angle of from 96° to 270° (optional),while a second sliding side door is availableas an option.* Except H3 height version.

STABILITY TO COPE WITH ALL CONDITIONSThe entire range is equipped with aMcPherson type wishbone frontsuspension with anti-roll bar. Thistechnology offers true stability, giving theBoxer excellent road-holding characteristicswhile ensuring exceptional driveability.

Three other types of rear suspension arealso available, either as standard or as an option:• dual  leaf reinforced metal suspension,• single  leaf suspension designed for

comfort*,• pneumatic suspension, which maintains

the vehicle’s ride height at a constantlevel regardless of the load and permitslowering of the loading sill.

Combined with 15 or 16 inch wheels(according to version), the Boxer suspensionensures comfort, safety and road holdingregardless of the load transported or thenumber of passengers, within the limits of the vehicle’s payload.* Available according to version.

The 435 and 440  RangeThis is fitted with reinforced suspension asstandard which, thanks to a highermaximum load capacity per axle, allowsuniformity both  in terms of use and roadholding. EVERYDAY STRESS RELIEFThe Boxer is full of touches to make your life easier. Its cab is characterised by itscomfort, light and practicality.

The passenger compartment, which canseat up to three occupants, has beendesigned to ensure that each person hasenough space in which to feel comfortable.The seats offer excellent support thanks totheir multiple settings*, while acoustic

comfort has also been carefully  consideredto reduce driving noise.The Boxer’s large glazed surface area allowsoccupants to enjoy a wide field of visionand excellent interior brightness, whichmakes for a truly welcoming atmosphere.In addition, cab lighting is  improved bya double courtesy light located in the centreof the roof.

Dual glass door mirrorsThe  dual glass mirrors make driving andmanoeuvring easier. The upper section offersa very wide field of rear vision, while thelower section provides an excellent view ofthe lower part of the sides of your vehicle.

Audible rear parking assistance*Activated when reverse gear is engaged, thissystem warns you of the presence of anobject or a person thanks to ultrasonicsensors installed in the lower rear panel. Thepresence of an obstacle is indicated by anacoustic signal which increases in  frequencyas the object gets nearer.*Optional.

Rear video camera*To make manoeuvres even safer, you canequip your Boxer with a rear video camera.Incorporated in the third brake light, ittransmits images of the rear of your Boxer to an LCD screen located in the overheadstorage compartment as soon as reversegear is engaged.* Optional.

Electronic tachographVehicles with a GVW of 4.0 tonnes are fitted as standard, in accordance with legislation, with an electronic tachograph and a speed governor limited to 55 mph (90 km/h).

economy, the Common Rail injection systemis featured on every Boxer HDi engine. Byinjecting fuel at high pressure directly into thecombustion chamber, this system reducesfuel consumption and emissions and providesextra power.

FAPThe Particle EmissionFilter (FAP) technology

reduces emissions of pollutant particlesto  an   unmeasurable limit, without reducingpower or performance.

2.2 l HDi 120 bhpCompared to the 100 bhp version, the 2.2 lHDi 120 bhp adopts a double flywheel (DVA),a piston cooling mode and special enginemap. Combined with the power developed by its 120bhp, it performs well in town and onthe open road for longer journeys.

Open door locatorThis system detects any door left open,including in the load area, and displays awarning lamp on the instrument panel andalso on the multifunction screen.

EXTRA SECURITYThe Boxer lays great emphasis on protectingpeople and goods. For this purpose, it comeswith multiple anti-theft devices conformingto Thatcham standard, reducing insurancepremiums.

Transponder electronicimmobiliser systemThe Boxer is equipped with a latest-generation transponder electronicimmobiliser system: when the ignition isswitched on, a code is transmitted to theECU which then gives the engineauthorisation to start.

Automatic locking of doorswhile drivingDepending on its equipment, the Boxer’sdoors can lock automatically at speeds inexcess of 12 mph (20 km/h). In the event ofimpact, they unlock automatically.

Deadlocking of front and rear doorsThanks to this anti-intrusion device, it isimpossible to open a door when a window is broken.

Exterior alarm and anti-lift alarm*The exterior alarm system detects andsignals any attempted break-in that involvesopening the doors or the bonnet. Thissystem can be supplemented by an optionalanti-lift alarm, which goes off if your vehicleis lifted for loading onto a truck.* Optional.

1. Central lockingand independent lockingThe Boxer stands out by having twoindependent central locking zones: the caband the load space. So, a control located onthe centre console locks all of the vehicle’sdoors, while another control, located on thedoor trim pad locks the load area only.Lastly, the remote control key locks andunlocks the doors of the passengercompartment independently of the doors of the load area.

2. Identification markingTo make it easier to find and identify yourvehicle if it is stolen, its chassis number isengraved at the bottom of the windscreen.
